- Approving or rejecting starting materials, packaging materials, intermediate bulk and finished products in relation to their specifications.
- Maintaining records of reference samples of each batch.
- Responsible for product release.
- Participating in investigation of complaints relating to quality of product.
- Authorizing specifications for RM, PM and FG.
- Authorizing testing procedures for RM, PM and FG.
- Authorized for product release.
- Authorized for carrying out corrective and preventive actions.
- Preparation of checklist and material inward record of tested samples, and maintain record incoming new chemicals, and Glassware.
- Approved of all starting materials including packaging materials, intermediate and finished products as per procedures defined in the standard operating procedures.
- Preparation of standardization chemicals and reagents used in testing. Status labelling of Quality control instruments, Chemicals & Glassware.
- Knowledge of GLP and GDP, Preparing analysis reports for all tested samples. Maintain records of Instruments logbook.
- Performing stability testing to assess product stability.
- Good knowledge of Lab Instruments and their Calibration records.
- Good Communication Skills and good working experience in Quality Control Department.
